Luvid Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LentKart mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). • Camera and Photos: The app requires access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload images of rental items or profile pictures. Images are only collected when you explicitly upload them.

Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our active databases, except where retention is required by law.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, AWS). Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
